Tournament Player Registration
Fendrich Golf Course, Saturday, July 11
Evansville Country Club, Sunday, July 12
Rain Date will only apply if both tournament days are rained out. If this occurs, tournament will become a one-day competition with a rain date of Wednesday, July 15 at Evansville Country Club.
Entry Fee: The tournament entry fee is $60. Online registration is preferred. Online registration closes July 1.
Mail in entries will be accepted through July 1 with check or money order – no cash.
Donations:
- A portion of the entry fee is being donated to First Tee-Indiana.
- A donation will be made to girls’ golf program of any high school having 3 or more players in this tournament.
Awards Buffet – Tournament prizes will be presented for all four divisions. Each player is invited to attend a free awards buffet on July 12 at Evansville Country Club. Caddies, family members and friends of competitors may also attend the awards buffet for $25 per person.
Tournament Golf Cart Information – The tournament entry fee does not include cart fees. The golf course will collect the cart fee. Please note: No caddies may ride in carts.
The cart fees for 2026 for Fendrich is $15 and Evansville Country Club is $30.
A handicap must be issued from a “Golf Club” which is licensed to use the USGA Handicap System. All handicaps will be checked and verified by the tournament committee. If no handicap is listed on this entry form or if a handicap cannot be verified, the player will be placed in the Championship Flight of the Open Division.
